Jenny I did get a chance to do that before my flight as part of a support group and that did help, but ONLY to get acclimated to that particular plane. I know it is nice to use a set of images like that, and it helps someone who is having trouble doing the exercise, but I wasn't sure it would help someone like you who is doing well already.

I am so freaking terrified and i just can't see myself ever flying again. Powerful - and overpowering - emotions are triggered by unconscious processes.
